All GSCWM members 14 years of age and older are invited to let their voices be heard at the Annual Meeting.  Before and after the business meeting, we’ll honor the many contributions and accomplishments of our adult volunteers, including those who have reached membership and service milestones and those receiving national awards for their exceptional and tireless dedication to Girl Scouting.  Friends and family are invited to join the celebration!

Annual Business Meeting
All members who are 14 years of age and older are eligible to vote at our Annual Meeting. Please click on the links below to review the meeting agenda, brief biographies of our slate of nominees, minutes of last year’s meeting, and proxy instructions for those not able to attend in person.  If you would prefer to receive a full printed packet of materials, please call our Information and Referral Center at 800-462-9100 (413-584-2602) and provide your name and address for mailing.

Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center is located on Route 20. From the North, East and West, take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 9, Route 20 West. From the South, take either Interstate 84 or Route 131 to Route 20 West. Sturbridge Host Hotel & Conference Center is located on the shore of Cedar Lake, just past the first set of traffic lights.
