Membership Services Manager
Full time salaried exempt position based in our Worcester Service Center
Put your management skills to work helping girls become courageous, confident leaders. The successful candidate will be familiar with the Girl Scout program and have experience managing volunteers, supervising staff, and budgeting.
The Membership Services Manager is responsible for supporting and retaining, through excellent customer service, established adult volunteers and girl members. She/he works collaboratively as part of larger cross functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies to meet or exceed annual membership and retention goals for girl and adult members. The Membership Services Manager exercises considerable independent judgment.
Minimal requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supervising staff members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including frequent evenings and weekends.
