Autumn Escape

Girl Scout adults enjoyed a weekend of relaxation and learning at Camp Bonnie Brae on October 1 & 2, 2011.

Saturday Workshops

9:00 am - noon

Fitness Run, Level 1 Archery Certification, Knitting, Leadership Essentials, Greeting Cards, Water, Water, Everywhere!, Science in Action, or Campfire Gourmet "Brunch"

1:00 - 3:00 pm

Kickboxing, Anyone Can Paint, Team-Building Games, Brownie Share, Tweens & Teens, Hiking/Backpacking or Outdoor Skills

3:30 - 5:30 pm

Jewelry, Planning Girl Scout Events, Daisy Days, Managing Conflict, Songs or Basic Compass


Sunday Workshops

9:00 am - noon

Fitness Run, Leave No Trace, Journeys, Jump into Juniors, Outdoor Cooking, Doll House Magic, Food Art

1:00 - 3:00 pm

Anyone Can Paint, Daisy & Brownie Program Enrichment, Indoor Overnights, Orienteering, Macrame & Lanyard Basics or Yoga

2011 Drop In Activities

  • Fitness Trail (anytime)
  • Tie Dye – bring an item (anytime)
  • SWAP ideas (anytime)
  • Swimming (scheduled times will be posted)
  • Boating (scheduled times will be posted)
  • Song & Folk Dancing (Friday Night)
  • Campfire & S’mores (Saturday Night)
