cookies & nuts graphicWhile participation in council sponsored product sale activities is optional for all troops and girls, it is not only encouraged, but is the foundation for additional money-earning projects a troop/group might desire to have.  Additionally a troop’s participation in special programs such as “Five Steps for Five Cents” enables that troop to earn additional funds.

Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts participates in a Fall Product Program as well as the Girl Scout Cookie Program.

Girl Scout Cookies – A Sweet Tradition

Girl Scouts and cookies share a rich history. While recipes and box designs have changed, selling cookies remains an important part of today's Girl Scout program. The annual Girl Scout Cookie Program takes places January-March each year. With eight varieties of tasty treats, these iconic favorites help to fund Girl Scout troop programs for the entire year. The activity of selling cookies is directly related to our purpose of helping all girls realize their full potential and become strong, confident, and resourceful citizens.

Girl Scouts practice life skills like goal setting, money management, and teamwork, and they have fun! Customers get a great product and support girls in their own community. All cookie proceeds support Girl Scouting in Central and Western Massachusetts.

Fall Product Program – Nuts & Magazines

The Fall Product Program includes 12 varieties of snack items along with thousands of magazine and music selections.  This sale is a great way for our Girl Scout troops to kick of the year with educational programs and experiences while earning proceeds to fund troop activities and events.
