Girl Scout Day at Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival

Becket, MA

Spend a day at “the Pillow” with free performances, a guided tour, and Girl Scout discounts to see Companhia Urbana de Danca, an energetic hip-hop dance company from Brazil. Pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on the lawn or purchase food at the festival. View the flyer for more details.

Program Levels: Daisy-Ambassador
Cost: Free (Tickets to the performance by Companhia Urbana de Danca cost $10 for youth tickets. Girl Scouts must be accompanied by a full-price adult ticket (ranges from $39-$69).
Attend as: Group, Individual w/ Adult or Family
To Register: No registration required to attend. Tickets to the Companhia Urbana de Danca show can be purchased after April 8 by calling the box office at 413-243-0745.

Women Take Flight 2013

Meet pilots, aeronauts, aerospace scientists and engineers
 who are pioneering exciting new careers for women. Hear their stories at presentations and panel discussions that educate and inspire. See impersonators portray famous women aviators from bygone eras, all amongst the unique collection of aircraft at the New England Air Museum. Do hands-on activities and learn more about the principles of flight.
A food vendor will be on site for the convenience of visitors.
