Interns at Day Camp are girls entering grades 11 and 12, who have previous leadership experience and experience working with children. Interns work with our Teen Program Director to design an internship experience that meets the goals of the intern and allows the intern to make a valuable contribution to the camp community. At the end of your internship, you’ll be provided with written documentation of the details of your internship experience, as well as a reference letter from the Camp Director and Teen Program Director.

To register for the Intern Program, follow the general registration procedures and fill out the registration form, indicating “Intern Program” as the program name. Complete and return the internship application and internship reference form no later than April 5. Not everyone who applies will be selected.

Selection Process:

April 5-16 Internship applications will be reviewed
April 17-27 Interviews will be conducted (via phone or in person)
April 30 Internships will be announced (notification by e-mail or U.S. Mail)

Late applications will be accepted and internships will be awarded on a rolling basis, if slots are not filled during the first-round selection process.
