Limited Financial Assistance (FA) is available. All FA requests received by April 1 will be reviewed the week of April 5. If additional funds are available, FA requests received after April 1 will be reviewed the week of May 17. To apply for FA, complete the Financial Assistance Application and mail it with your child's registration form and $50 deposit per program. Financial assistance is not guaranteed.

Final Payment Deadline

A placement notice and invoice will be sent to all girls who are accepted to attend a camp program. Payment deadline for camp balance is June 1. Registrations received after June 1 must be accompanied by full payment.

Placement, Confirmation & Waitlist

Placement in day camp programs is on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved without deposit. If space is available in your camper's first choice of programs, she will be placed. Once placed, you will receive a confirmation packet. This packet will include directions to camp, a health form, packing list, parent information, an invoice for any remaining balance, and other important items. Please review these items carefully; some must be returned by June 1.

Cancellation/Refund

Deposits are non-refundable except as noted above. Refunds for the balance of the camp fee will be made only for cancellations received in writing four weeks prior to the camp program. No refunds will be made for a camper arriving late, leaving early, or attending only a portion of the program. If a program is cancelled, a full refund (including deposit) will be granted.
