Program a robot, complete challenges, and solve real-world problems! Join other Girl Scouts to learn all about robotics when the FIRST LEGO League 2024 challenge is released. We'll get to work right away to program our robot and help create a solution for a real-life challenge facing our communities. Meetings are every Wednesday from September 11-December 11 from 6:00-7:30 PM.
We are looking for two adult volunteers to assist weekly at our meetings. All adults must be registered, CORIed, and available for each meeting, including the competition.
Please note: cost includes 13 weeks of programming, staff instruction, First Lego League team registration/ 2024 team challenge starter kit, team t-shirts, competition fees, and the following badges for each age level- Designing Robots, Programming Robots, and Showcasing Robots (Badges Included).
***Please note, that due to FIRST LEGO League rules, the team can only consist of a maximum of 10 Girl Scouts.
