Nominations and Endorsements for Annual Recognitions Awards
Thank you for your interest in nominating or endorsing a fellow Girl Scout Volunteer for a GSUSA or GSCWM volunteer recognition. It is a true gift to have such giving individuals volunteering, supporting our mission of building girls of courage confidence and character who make the world a better place.
Nomination for the 2014 GSUSA Volunteer Recognitions awards can be made through February 15, 2014. NOW is a great time to review the award guidelines and identify volunteers who are deserving of a nomination. We encourage you to complete the process before cookie season is upon us! We can’t wait to discover who has been nominated and to celebrate the amazing work of our volunteers at this year’s Annual Meeting and Volunteer Appreciation Event.

Tips and Tools for Submitting Great Nominations, Endorsements and Anniversary Requests
The Volunteer Recognition Committee, led by volunteers (with support from Council Volunteerism staff), relies on the completeness and accuracy of the nominations to make the best decision possible regarding potential recognitions. Please let the time you take to fill out the nomination and be thoughtful and as descriptive as possible as you let us know the outstanding characteristics of the volunteer you are nominating.
