In this hands-on workshop, you will step into the world of entrepreneurship and project management. Create an imaginary business or initiative aligned with your interests and learn how to plan, budget, and market it. This activity builds leadership, strategic thinking, and creative confidence. From defining the project scope and setting clear goals to identifying your audience, budgeting resources, and crafting an outreach plan, you will develop essential leadership and organizational skills. This activity empowers you as a young innovator to think strategically, embrace creativity, and gain confidence in turning ideas into action. Juniors will work towards their Business Jumpstart Badge (Included), and Cadettes will work towards their Business Creator Badge (Included).
