Discover and develop your talents in mentoring and leading younger girls! Program Aides (PAs) and Volunteers-in-Training (ViTs) have the unique opportunity to serve as champions for the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. You'll learn how to work with children and how to adapt activities for different needs and situations. You will be putting your new skills to the test with some hands-on activities that will prepare you for real-life situations working with younger girls, and the adult volunteers that lead them. You'll leave this training with plenty of tips and tricks in your bag to get you started on your journey to complete earning your award. Additional award requirements: Following this training, you will work with a troop of younger Girl Scouts to meet the final requirements. No worries-you'll be ready to go! The skills learned are also applicable to everyday life and will help you become confident, effective leaders in everything you do. Becoming a PA or ViT is also a great résumé boost and sets you up for success!

Register through GSCWM by February 5.
