The Cookie Dip Challenge is on! Show off your creativity, ingenuity, and engineering skills and build a Rube Goldberg machine that will dip your favorite Girl Scout cookie into a glass of milk! What's a Rube Goldberg machine? It's a contraption that uses chain reaction to carry out a simple task. Think Mouse Trap the game, or the breakfast machine in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. You'll learn about simple machines, basic energy transfer, and the engineering design process as you create your contraption out of everyday objects found in your home or meeting space. Participate in the council-wide challenge alone, or with your team of up to five.  One team from each level Daisies through Ambassadors will be chosen and will receive medals, and their photos displayed in our Leadership Centers for a year!  Teams must register by February 1 to compete in the challenge. All video submissions will be due at the end of National Engineering Week, February 20. Winners will be announced at this council-wide Zoom Celebration! If you did not participate in an Informational Session, email TBreen@gscwm.org to receive a copy of the guidelines.

Register through GSCWM by February 1.

Open to troops, individual girls, and girls with an adult.
