The GSCWM Annual Meeting takes place every spring and is where we all work together with the vision to continue providing exceptional programs and experiences for girls.
The annual meeting includes the board chair’s report, the CEO’s state of the council address, council updates, important votes, and election of board members. All GSCWM members 14 years of age and older are encouraged to participate as voting members at the Annual Meeting. It’s a great way to engage in the business of our organization and to get a first look at the annual report. Older Girl Scouts are encouraged to join!

Before and after the business meeting, we honor the many contributions and accomplishments of our adult volunteers, including those who have reached membership and service milestones and those receiving national awards for their exceptional and tireless dedication to Girl Scouting.
