Shinrin yoku, or forest bathing, comes from a Japanese practice focused on the healing powers of nature. Just a short amount of time spent outside can begin to physically heal your body from stress, chronic pain, and anxiety. Come spend a few hours at one of our beautiful camp properties, cultivating your relationship with nature through a series of invitations and meditations, ending with a tea ceremony. Forest bathing is sometimes referred to as forest therapy because, while it isn't a clinical practice, the forest often offers therapeutic benefits during these experiences. This is more than a hike; it's a time to truly slow down, breathe deep, and revel in your oneness with nature. The more connected you are to the outdoors, the more inspired your girls will be to follow in your footsteps and get outside.
