Whether you excel in teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, or decision-making, you will gain a deeper understanding of your potential as a leader. By exploring different leadership traits and reflecting on your personal skills, you will build confidence and discover how to use your strengths to inspire and make a difference in your community. Juniors will work towards their Inside Government Badge, and Cadettes will work towards their Finding Common Ground Badge. Girl Scouts will receive their badges at the end of the program.
